Machakos University Students Undertake Educational Study Tour at Kenya Maritime Authority

The Kenya Maritime Authority (KMA) hosted students from the School of Education, and the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Machakos University, pursuing Bachelor of Education (Arts), Bachelor of Education in Special Needs Education, and Bachelor of Arts degree respectively for a structured educational study tour aimed at enhancing their understanding of the maritime industry. The visit served as a strategic platform for knowledge exchange, offering the students practical exposure to KMA’s core operations, maritime safety frameworks, and the innovative initiatives advancing Kenya’s blue economy agenda.
